Lively San Antonio—such an appropo setting for Keith and Chastity’s wedding (see their sneak peek here). La Mansion Del Rio is set in the heart if a bustling downtown, yet it feels like a relaxing oasis in the tropics. Everything comes together perfectly for her big day, and Chastity appears calm and collected yet, I know she’s been anxiously awaiting this day for a loooong time–even to the point of daily calculating how many days remain before she says “I do.” Today, every detail is accounted for. There’s the perfume (specifically for today) Keith bought Chastity about month ago, proudly sitty on the table; the antique rosary from Chastity’s mother delicately wound round the gorgeous bouquet; the tiny “I do” and “She’s mine” phrases on the bottom of Chastity’s killer heels and Keith’s pristine shoes; and not to mention, the secret gift Chastity prepared for Keith–special socks in case he gets cold feetKeith, always taking everything in stride, finds the gift rather amusing and wears them all evening. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a groom this comfortable and confident the day of his wedding. There’s no doubt in his mind, no butterflies in his stomach, no nervous movements … just pure confidence.
The ceremony takes place in the lovely courtyard, providing a fantastic entrance for the amazingly stunning bride and both her parents to walk her down the aisle. Keith beams with pride as he watches his bride-to-be make her way toward him. Everything about this wedding is so wonderfully intimate and meaningful. The overarching theme of love and family is palpable, giving us warm fuzzies as the wedding day unfolds. I absolutely love observing the interactions between bride and groom during the ceremony–there’s a magical moment when the bride and groom just focus on each other and let the world around them melt away.
For just one moment, time. stands. still.
Congratulations to Keith and Chastity! We cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to capture your love story.
