Jazlynn {Salado Newborn Photography}

Congratulations to the adorable JAZLYNN! {Don’t you just LOVE that name?!} This super cute contestant single-handedly beat out all her competitors to win the coveted title, “CUTEST KID!” {February edition}. Along with bragging rights, Jazlynn gets to spend a morning with *yours truly* for her mini photo session! To be perfectly honest, I don’t know what to expect photographing a 5 week old (Note: In the photography world, “newborn” = less than 2 weeks old), but Jazlynn definitely steps up to the plate and shows off her inner supermodel … in a sound-asleep, immobile kind of way:-)During the session, I have the wonderful opportunity to meet Jazlynn’s super sweet mom, grandmother and uncle. Jazlynn is sooo lucky to have such a loving family! Thank you all for sharing Jazlynn with me:-)

Here are our adorable contestants! Make sure you vote on the Hedderly Photography Facebook Fanpage by Tuesday, January 31st. Important Note: Voters must be (registered) fans of Hedderly Photography for the vote to count. Votes will be tallied by the number of “likes” each photo receives. 2012 Cutest Kid Photo Contest!

Attention all parents with cute kids! Here is your chance to win a mini session with Hedderly Photography!
You will receive a 30 minute session, a disk with 15  high res images with reprinting rights and an 8×10 print of your choice! The window is open now! Submit your picture to Hedderly Photography via email (mandy@hedderlyphotography.com). Your cute kid photo will be added the picture to a gallery on the Hedderly Photography Facebook Fanpage. You have until Monday, January 23, 2012  to submit your picture. The sooner you get your picture submitted, the sooner you can start racking up votes on it! The voting window will be closed on January 31st @ 9pm and the winner will be announced on February 1st. Once your picture is posted, the voting starts! So make sure to submit your picture and tell all of your friends to vote for your child!
Here is how it works: 
TO ENTER
  • One entry per child
  • You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child you enter into the contest
  • Child must be 15 years old or younger on the date of entry
  • Photos will be accepted from January 9, 2012 until 11:59 pm on January 23, 2012 via e-mail
  • Photos e-mailed to mandy@hedderlyphotography.com with the subject line “Cutest Kid Contest” will be accepted
  • Include your child’s name and age in the e-mail (first name and age will be posted for viewing), as well as your name and contact information
  • Contest is open to everyone, however if you live outside of a 20 mile radius from Temple, TX  you must choose a location near Temple, TX or DFW area for your free session
HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED
  • All entries will be uploaded into an album on the Hedderly Photography Facebook Fanpage
  • To vote for a photo you MUST be a ‘fan’ of Hedderly Photography on Facebook
  • Click ‘like’ for the photo you are voting for in the album labeled ‘February 2012 Cutest Kid Contest’
  • Photo with the most ‘likes’ will be the winner. Comments are permitted, but WILL NOT count towards the total number of votes
  • Hedderly Photography will verify that all ‘likes’ of the winning photo come from Hedderly Photography Facebook fans, ‘likes’ from non-fans will not be counted
  • Voting will close January 31, 2012 at 9:00pm
  • Official winner will be notified and announced on February 1, 2012
WHAT YOU WILL WIN
  • The parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo who receives the most ‘likes’ will receive a free mini (30 minute) photo session with Hedderly Photography, an 8×10 photo and 15 digital images (Photo session is of child ONLY)
  • Photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning
  • Winner will be deemed “Cutest Kid” and photos from his/her session will be displayed at www.hedderlyphotographyblog.com
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash
  • Additional prints will be available for purchase at retail prices if desired
  • No other promotions or discounts can be applied

Happy New Year!

2012–I once thought it only existed in Mayan calendars and Sci-Fi stories, but alas, it is finally here! Last year was fun and I met some absolutely wonderful people. My most favorite people are, of course, my babies (no offense to all you wonderful people out there!). I cannot imagine life without them. They manage to evoke every emotion from me and yet I love them more each day. Besides, it’s really hard not to love kiddos who are as cute as these two:-)I can’t wait to see what this new year will bring for our little family and yours.
