New Year’s Eve. Travis proposes to the love of his life, Wendy. Wendy laughs it off as a joke, but is soon caught up in emotion with the realization that Travis does indeed have a ring and is down on his knee. With joyful excitement, Wendy accepts!
Fast forward over many months later to this day. It’s middle of summer and the sun is shinning bright. Guests from out-of-state catch a break from the 100 degree “typical Texas summer” day as they wait in the shade with the bewildered “is this weather for real?” look on their faces. I smile. Welcome to TexasIt’s now 4:00pm and we’re ready to kick this wedding off with a short, sweet (and shady) ceremony. Wendy, an incredibly sweet and thoughtful young woman, found her perfect gown at David’s Bridal, displayed on a mannequin. Wendy waits for three months to get this dress. Definitely worth it. She is an absolute knock-out (Phenomenal Bridal Session), and is more ready than ever to marry her best friend. Travis is positioned on the other side of the ranch waiting for the go-ahead to gather his groomsmen posse. Despite his boisterous personality, Travis is the epitome of calm, surrounded by friends and family ready to congratulate him on taking the plunge. Having their wedding at Moon River Ranch gave Wendy the unique advantage to enter the processional cruising in a vintage bright red truck with her dad by her side. The ceremony is lovely, punctuated with smiles, laughs and happy tears. The reception is a happy time with the Rangers game broadcasting in the background and a celebration in the forefront. It is hard not to fall in love with Travis and Wendy. They are made for each other. No doubt about it.
Thank you so much for this opportunity to get to know you, your family and friends and live this moment with you
Congratulations, Travis and Wendy!
